China Bank will not accept the fake deposit or will charge back any amount previously credited to the depositor's account including interest.
As stated on China Bank's General Terms and Conditions on Deposit Products:
"The Bank (China Bank) may, at its discretion, refuse to accept deposits or may at any time charge back any amount previously credited including interest thereon if the deposit item is found to be fake, counterfeit, or spurious, or for any other reason as may be determined by the Bank. The Bank will retain possession of the said checks or other items."
