COL Financial Group Inc. (formerly CitisecOnline.com, Inc.), was established in August 16, 1999. It engages in the business of brokerage, deals securities, provides stock brokerage services through the internet.

COLHK is a member of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) being the registered owner of one HKEx Trading Right. In December 2009, COLHK signed a contract with a third party system provider for an online trading platform in HK, which it plans to make available to its more active sophisticated and experience. In August 2010, COLHK upgraded and launched its new online trading platform.

In March 1, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved its amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of CitisecOnline.com, Inc. indicating that its corporate name "CitisecOnline.com, Inc. be change to COL Financial Group, Inc.
