My Smartphone order from Lazada December 11, 2018 went wrong when Lazada changed the Delivery method for the first time from LELEXPRESS to LBC Express. LBC claims to have made delivery attempts. The order no. is 891012675309.I badly wanted this Smartphone, thats why I paid for it in advance, but because of that, the delivery guy "Nino" had no obligation to deliver the item, like a CoD-item. He decided to mark my Adress as unknown and the item as undeliverable at December 29, 2018, to go earlier home to his family or whatever. I had not received any SMS, nor a call to clarify my location. I had no chance to contact LBC to claim my item. At January 2, 2019, my wife called to LBC Manila, to track the event down and find our item. The man on the phone said, I can get my item in LBC Express in Grandmall Liloan. I just check for tracking updates and the next day it states, my item is out for delivery again. I waited untill afternoon 4'o clock p.m. and still no SMS, nor call. So I went to LBC Express in Liloan to ask for my item. The servicing woman told me, she had not received any Email for my item and gave me two Phonenumbers to reach out to the LBC Warehouse at the Airport Mactan. Both number were invalid, so we called again to LBC in Manila. This time we have been advised to visit the LBC Warehouse in Mactan. It was night already, so we went next morning there at around 8:30 in the morning. After asking for the package, the supervisor says, the item is already sent back to manila. Since then, Lazada is stating, the item is returning to the Seller, due to the failed delivery attempts. I am falsely accused for not being home, while I had no chance to response to get in touch, due to the missing Text and Call. My Phone is fine, my Adress is fine. I realy do'nt know why I deserve this.

This is regarding the parcel that was sent last week December 1,2018, Saturday around 2:52 pm in LBC Raon Branch.
The package was supposed to be delivered to the consignee by December 3, 2018, Monday.
As per checking since Monday, the said package is still in Central Exchange Hangar in Pasay and has not been delivered yet.
In line with this, may I know the reason why its not yet in transit to Palawan?
I was even in engagement with your Customer Representative since Monday up to this morning just to follow up on this matter.
Only to end up in disappointment because the Representative couldn't give me a concrete report.
Also, I politely asked the Representative if I could speak with the Manager on Duty just so to check and know if we could do something about it but The Representative end up cutting the line.
This has been a hassle already when in fact the item was tagged as URGENT.
I am looking forward for your response.
