How to Train Your Salespeople/Employees to Offer Financing Effectively

Offering financing can actually increase your sales. It's easy to tell your salespeople about your financing program. But it's never easy to train them on how to do it. Here are some techniques and insights that you can use on how to train your salespeople or employees in offering financing effectively.
1.  Your salespeople should got to be familiar with your financing program. They should not only involve into it. They should live it.

2.  Provide training modules related to financing offering techniques. It's a really excellent way of seeing how an item can be sold in a convenient manner without any pressure.

3.  Provide weekly training session. Each week in your sales training meetings, you can emphasize a particular item or group of items that you are going to sell at special rate or group together at special purchase.

4.  Talk about financing. Make your salespeople/employees do offer your financing. You role-play. You do things that will make them more comfortable with going down that road of financing.

5.  Stress financing to your customers and also stress it to your salespeople. This is good for our store, "The Name of Your Store".

6.  If your salespeople encounter sales objections or hesitations, they should tell their customer that "We offer financing. It's not like other credit card".
