|300 g Kiwi puree||100 g Coconut milk|
|70 g Honey||20 g Honey|
|130 g Kiwi sliced||20 g Kiwi puree|
|Cinammon stick||30 g Kiwi diced|
|Honey and poppy seeds for garnish|
Kiwi ice lolly
Using a food processer, blend the kiwi with honey until mixed well and put in a mould. Put the sliced kiwi on each mould and use a cinnamon stick as a holder. Keep in the freezer.
Blend all ingredients in the food processor until they become creamy.
Cut a kiwi into half and take out all of the kiwi meat. Make into kiwi cup and put on a plate. Put diced kiwi in the kiwi cup and pour on sabayon. Spread honey on the plate and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Take kiwi lolly from the freezer and put at the center.
