CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION (to be Utilized by the Evaluation Committee at the various levels)
A. Recommendation letter by the recommender (20 pts.)
B. Instructional Competence and Teaching Effectiveness (30 points, 6 points per item)
- Lesson plan prepared integrated savings, investments and other financial education concepts and values
- Lessons completed in FE integration in the learning area and grade level assigned
- Teaching Guides received and utilized in the teaching of financial education
- Financial Education through pupils' outputs advocating FE exhibited on walls/ comers in the classroom
- Rating performance for the last three (3) years is or Very Satisfactory or VS
C. Professional and Community Involvement (30 points, 6 points per item)
- Participation in training programs on financial education including microfinance and entrepreneurship
- Membership in professional organizations related to the promotion of savings and entrepreneurship
- Efforts/initiatives to extend financial education to parents and other community members
- Participation in community and civic movements on savings campaign
- Community with existing cooperative or small organization related to microfinance in operation
D. PLUS Factors (20 points, 10 points per item)
- With pupils who have savings account in any bank or thrift organization
- Class and or school's involvement in BSP project "TULONG BARYA PARA SA ESKWELA" coin collection and fund raising campaign.
