Seminar-Workshop on Media Literacy of UP College of Mass Communication

The University of the Philippines College of Mass Communication (UP CMC) through the Office of Extension and External Relations (OEER) will hold its Seminar-Workshop on Media Literacy with the theme Media Literacy: Responding to DepEd’s K to 12 Program on October 14-16, 2013 at the UP College of Mass Communication, Plaridel Hall, UP, Diliman, Quezon City.
The Seminar aims to equip teacher-participants with the knowledge about the different forms of media, as well as the various issues which affect them.

The target participants to this activity are secondary teachers from both public and private schools.

Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption¬of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
