You can load your Cignal Prepaid Account (of your cignal cable tv) through any store selling Smart Load or any Smart Load outlets. But before going any of these outlets, you must take note and bring the following information with you:
- Cignal Account Number
- Cignal Prepaid Subscription Package (choose what type of package you want to avail: Plan 300, Plan 400, Plan 430 or Plant 590)
Take note also: It's recommended that you plug-in your Cignal TV Box before loading.
Pay your Cignal load to the Smart load retailer. Wait for the Smart load retailer to give you the loading reference number as proof of successful transaction.
