Make the adjustment only when you’re sure that your Globe Tattoo Broadband receives 3G signals.
What setting should I adjust for better broadband speeds and signal stability?
Adjust the Default Network Setting from "WCDMA Preferred” to "WCDMA
Only.” When the Default Network Setting is in "WCDMA Only,” the dongle
will only shift between 3G and HSDPA signals thus giving you better
broadband speeds and signal stability.
How do you adjust Network settings?
Once the GUI is installed in your computer and launched, go to
TOOLS > OPTIONS > NETWORK > NETWORK TYPE,
choose WCDMA Only.
Will I need to manually switch settings to look for a signal if I adjust from WCDMA Preferred to WCDMA Only?
Once you shift between settings, the dongle will automatically detect the available signals based on the setting you opted for.
On WCDMA Only, USB dongle defaults to 3G/HSDPA signals only.
On WCDMA preferred, USB dongle will search for either GPRS, EDGE, 3G or
HSDPA. Whichever proves to be the strongest signal available in the
area.

Duh! Depende kasi yan sa lugar! Sa ibang lugar kasi, maraming gumagamit ng globe, kaya ang hina ng kuha ng signal at speed! Pumunta kayo sa far away land, dun! Malakas globe dun! Makapagmura kayo sa globe eh wagas! Sa lugar po yan! SA LUGAR.

walang kasing bagal ang globe dito sa amin sa CATMON sta.maria bulacan..loading lang sobrang bagal na bulok talaga system ng globe mkalipat na lng ibang network sorang hina ng signal ng globe dito sa amin !!!!
bakit yung tattoo settings ko eh hindi ko mai-set up ng WCDMA Only? restricted sya sa 3G lang.. di lumalabas yung options, wala akong mapag piliaan >.<
bakit etong globe tattoo ko bumili ako ng extension usb cable nakalabas sa binatan namin at maximum signal strength naman ang nasasagap as in full bar pero ang bagal parin ang internet nito.mabilis naman etong laptop ko.anu ba dapat kng gawin setting dito..cabuyao laguna area ang location ko.malakas naman ang globe dito sa lugar namin..
Bakit ung sakin po full bars naman tas 3G and HSDPA naman siya pero hindi pumapalo ng 100kbps? from 0kbps to 40+ kbps lang tas mas madalas ung 0kbps heeeeeeeeeeeelp please :( tapos ung sa tools wala naman ung WCDMA at HSDPA sa pag pipilian 3G lang at GSM lang? ano dapat kong gawin please help :(
laging nadidisconnect automatically ang globe prepaid broadband ko.pag nilipat ko na nam sa ibang computer ok naman ang signal di nadidisconnect. ano po kya pwedeng gawin. sana po matulungan nyo ko please. thanks
lindo, yes. But that kind length can decrease the internet speed. The longer your USB wire, the slower connection you'll got. Better to use shorter ones.
magkasing bagal ang smart at globe.bwct ung globe ambilis magdownload pero INSULTO. pahinto hinto 10 mb agad nadownload in 2 minutes pero hintay kang 15 minutes bago matuloy. pero yung dnodownload ko wala na.huminto na.simula nanaman.

nakakainis po tlaga ung globe kc ang bagal po talaga nya mag bigay ng signal even if your going to upload your photos's to internet napabagal nya po talaga....ang masasabi ko lang po lumipat na po kau sa SUN BROADBAND kc...malakas ang Signal nya kahit saan ang GLOBE&SMART Wag na po kau Umasa Lalo na po ang globe dahil mayroon po itong DOWLLOAD RATE..puputulan ka na ng GLOBE kapag naka-abot ko ng 800MB na Download at hindi mo na maggmit ang UNLIMITED SURFING MO.... .................. .................. kya Guys lipat na po kau.....
