Sir, I'll be in Manila on April 23rd. I want to submit my PRA application and appropriate paperwork for the SRRV classic with pension. $10,000. US
I plan to choose BDO Pacific Star Makati branch as mu PRA accredited bank. I will submit my letter when I get to Manilla and wait for my letter of introduction to bring to you.

I have received a copy of your letter dated June 2nd 2015 requesting information about me. Please allow me to share with you that my retirement plans have changed – I am no longer going to retire in, or return to the Philippines and wish to cancel all arrangements to that effect.
