Let me put on record my disappointment with BPI Loyola-Katipunan for their very poor service. I got an automated queue number and prepared to wait using a senior citizens counter. My queue number was P29, with time in of 10:33, I was attended to at 11:16 a.m. During the wait, a BPI staff member actually broke the queue to change forex. I have pictures of all these transactions.
I just want to ask, my account is international blue color card. for almost 5 months I didn't deposit any amount on it but their is a balance, then this last 1 week I deposited 500 SAR and when I check it here temporarily out of service. BPI sucks! I cant withdraw international though I have BPI international. I cant even give a call to a customer service and I have waited 30mins. at least on the phone until my card has been used up for nothing. I can't even write an inquiry on BPI website contact us bla bla bla...what the hell is going on on BPI???? Sorry, but I think, this is the only way to express my anger at this time.
Hi I would like to file a complaint in BPI Laguna Technopark Admin. A certain male employee there is not approachable and not customer friendly..I was so dissapointed. He is even not aware of your internet banking, geez. i am the one who explained to him how my daugther access BPI net services without entering any user name and password. Worst of it, he is not approachable so disappointing. He should be trained and oriented on how to be nice and friendly in dealing with the customers. Without customers, BPI is not going to exist
I would like to file a complaint on your company for exploiting our confidentiality to one of your valued customer. This valued customer is a friend of mine that uses the same bank. The incident was that my friend of mine used my re-discount to a certain person, unfortunately my name was exploited by your bank. I was a valued customer from 1996 up to the present. Along the way, we have encountered a problem that is beyond our control, sadly our account was closed this 2013. But I have another checking account which is named to my husband, on my old account was a joint account. In my second account this has no connections whatsoever with the first account. Because of the good experience with the first account, the customer who were using our checks for re-discounting was satisified with the account. In the second account which was opened in another branch of your bank, as I know, it should have not been connected to the first account, but when a certain "rich person" CI in your bank about my personal profile, my personal information was exploited to that certain "rich person".
Before, one of my customer has a check from my account of almost 2 million, and it was not deposited for at least 7-8 months. Your bank was the one who benefited from that money not my account because this was non-interest bearing account. In other words "wlang pakinabang sa amin yung pera khit nsa account nmin yan". I was really sadden by the news when I heard what you have done to me, as I know and it was written in our laws that banks should not exploit or divulge the personal information of of you valued customers. I don't know all the laws but I am certain that banks should always practice confidentiality.
