Let me put on record my disappointment with BPI Loyola-Katipunan for their very poor service. I got an automated queue number and prepared to wait using a senior citizens counter. My queue number was P29, with time in of 10:33, I was attended to at 11:16 a.m. During the wait, a BPI staff member actually broke the queue to change forex. I have pictures of all these transactions.
I just want to ask, my account is international blue color card. for almost 5 months I didn't deposit any amount on it but their is a balance, then this last 1 week I deposited 500 SAR and when I check it here temporarily out of service. I was very disappointed on service even in the phone you don't have enough staff to answer the phone you place 24/ 7 but no one picking up the phone .
