BPI is known as one of the prestigious banks in the Philippines. So i guess they should have proper training for their agents/bankers how to be professional and deal properly with their clients. My little advice to some hotline bankers/agents,if you guys are unhappy being on the phone all day (which that's a job that you applied for) just quit your job. Us,clients we dont like you either as much as you hate your job.

Nag deposit yung boyfriend ko sa bpi deposit machine pero nakalagay hindi nagpriprint ng receipt yung machine... Tinuloy parin namin magdeposit nagawa naman namin yung mga step niya pero dun sa last nakalagay "can't print receipt" "do you want to continue? Yes or No" ang pinindot namin is yung No tapos tinapos na nung machine yung transaction namin pero chineck nmin sa balance niya wala naman nadagdag tapos nag wait pa kme ng ilang mins. Wala naman nilabas na pera yung machine... Paano po yun... Please lang po paayos po nito... Reply asap please... Thank you

I paid my bills, but it was not reflected in my account. Now my statement says I still owe 1\PHP 15k. I tried to call the hotline for many days. NOT working!!! Waste of time! I tried to go to the actual bank, they just directed me to call the call center again. So, how can this be settled now? I d not want to pay the bills that were not mine.

This customer service hotline number is a waste of time! Asking for the account number via prerecorded voicemail and when you give it to them it's not even directing you what's next step. Always busy. My simple question is can I make an online banking for joint account for myself and my underage child? I read some information that says no you can't but I want to make sure if this is true, that's why I am calling the hotline number! Totally useless.

Tumatawag po ako sa hotline using AT &T pero di cya nagwowork.May problema kasi ako sa nabili ko na dollar sa BPI branch Tuguegarao City-junction peke ung dollar na nabili ko.Pagdating namin dito sa US noong deposit nmin sa bank nireject cya so pinapunta nmin kapatid ko sa branch para sabihin un n fake dollar nabili namin sabi sa branch kailangan daw nmin ipadala via courrier. Before nmim binili lhat ng serial number isinulat nila and I have that copy na tlagang galing sa kanila ung pera. Ibig sabihin di mapagtrustsan ang bangko na eto bakit nagtitinda sila ng fake na dollar.I hope an immediate response on this matter.

I checked my online banking and it tells me that I still have miney on my account. When I tried to withdraw it on one of the BPI ATM machines, it tells me that my bal is not enough to withdraw such amount. Flabbergasted, I checked my account online and it tells me that I dont have bal on my account! I tried contacting the customer service hotline but it is not working! Please help!

Good day po, i tried to call bpi sa international toll free sa Saudi arabia using my stc sim, pero bakit po ayaw matawagan? may problem po kasi ako sa account , and i need to solve it to make a deposit.. tumawag ako sa bpi gamit yung roaming load ko kaso naubos agad ang 200, saglit lang naputol yung conversation namin nang bpi agent. please send me email where i can contact bpi cheaper or free. Asking to fill up CIS and FATCA forms but no papaers included.

Let me put on record my disappointment with BPI Loyola-Katipunan for their very poor service. I got an automated queue number and prepared to wait using a senior citizens counter. My queue number was P29, with time in of 10:33, I was attended to at 11:16 a.m. During the wait, a BPI staff member actually broke the queue to change forex. I have pictures of all these transactions.

please don't say your service is 24/7 if it's not true. when I contact the toll-free number it will say that the number is not yet in service. Please don't give false advertisement I will never use any service of BPI very disappointing.

I still have not received my credit card. But the bill arrived. one of your CSR called to verify my address. after 2 months, credit card still not with me. can you send my credit card to bpi lacson, bacolod city instead. but do give me a heads up for whatever the result of this concern. thank you.

I was very disappointed on service even in the phone you don't have enough staff to answer the phone you place 24/ 7 but no one picking up the phone . I started calling 11:30 pm until 12:30 am still no one pick up the call ..!!! you mean from 11:30 pm all of your staff are busy talking to other client.!!!!! please don't say your service is 24/7 if its not true..

Please reverse the annual membership fee of P1,550.00 indicated on the July 26,2015 Statement of Account and credit it on the next billing.

I stopped using the subject credit card since August 10,2015 and will resume using it after I get a reply to this request..

I was granted the same request on last year's membership fee.

I only have my cellphone to contact the hotline and it takes quite a long time before I get in touch with the telephone operator. In't it going to spend the same network rate when I make the call using my cellphone? I wish you can provide a hotline for Smart subscribers for free calls.

BPI sucks! I cant withdraw international though I have BPI international. I cant even give a call to a customer service and I have waited 30mins. at least on the phone until my card has been used up for nothing. I can't even write an inquiry on BPI website contact us bla bla bla...what the hell is going on on BPI???? Sorry, but I think, this is the only way to express my anger at this time.

Hi I would like to file a complaint in BPI Laguna Technopark Admin. A certain male employee there is not approachable and not customer friendly..I was so dissapointed. He is even not aware of your internet banking, geez. i am the one who explained to him how my daugther access BPI net services without entering any user name and password. Worst of it, he is not approachable so disappointing. He should be trained and oriented on how to be nice and friendly in dealing with the customers. Without customers, BPI is not going to exist

I would like to file a complaint on your company for exploiting our confidentiality to one of your valued customer. This valued customer is a friend of mine that uses the same bank. The incident was that my friend of mine used my re-discount to a certain person, unfortunately my name was exploited by your bank. I was a valued customer from 1996 up to the present. Along the way, we have encountered a problem that is beyond our control, sadly our account was closed this 2013. But I have another checking account which is named to my husband, on my old account was a joint account. In my second account this has no connections whatsoever with the first account. Because of the good experience with the first account, the customer who were using our checks for re-discounting was satisified with the account. In the second account which was opened in another branch of your bank, as I know, it should have not been connected to the first account, but when a certain "rich person" CI in your bank about my personal profile, my personal information was exploited to that certain "rich person".

Before, one of my customer has a check from my account of almost 2 million, and it was not deposited for at least 7-8 months. Your bank was the one who benefited from that money not my account because this was non-interest bearing account. In other words "wlang pakinabang sa amin yung pera khit nsa account nmin yan". I was really sadden by the news when I heard what you have done to me, as I know and it was written in our laws that banks should not exploit or divulge the personal information of of you valued customers. I don't know all the laws but I am certain that banks should always practice confidentiality.
