my atm was inputted inside your atm but unfortunately my card was debitted without getting anything. it was worth of 5000 cash,it was a BDO card cause your machine is the only one available,kindly return my money back my card number is 5210 6902 27575894

Hi good morning..i just want to inquire if it is possible today that my debited cash would return in my cash card today cause on wed. Its been 2 weeks..why do you need such a long time to return the money?otherwise its not my fault and its not a big amount..hope you have a better and faster service..its been reported at your ucpb branch muntinlupa a week ago..but still theres no money return.

my card was captured Saturday morning around 4-420am, branch sm bicutan
atm should be release first before you can get the money when you withdraw funds right?
why are you saying now that you will run investigation first and may take 2weeks, the fact that the atm will first release atm first before you can get your money, how can i get the money if the card is captured
