I am Reynan M. Tinaypan one of the valued customer of Mazda - Berjaya ( North Edsa ) weve got an application for mazda BT50 yesterday your Marketing and CI conducted series of interviews to me. And the officer Id talked through phone congratulates me that you'd approved my application for Mazda BT50. Then Mazda North Edsa immediately processes and tinted the car. I had paid the Down Payment yesterday also for being happy with the news.

But this day 21st of December 2018 your officer on phone called me to delivered me the unprofessional business news that i was not approved for the loan. Because of an another existing loan? Its very disappointing that you will announced the approval but in the following morning this day you will re-announced that it was not approved. I will definitely not recommend your officers on phone or Bank for any transaction. It's unprofessional.

I applied for housing loan in ucpb. I was already approved but i was shocked when they told me im gonna pay 3-3.5% of my loanable amount. Is that really standard? I dont read it on ucpb website. I knew it is just 5k only. Please help me.,

Hello, I am currently on loan payment repricing for our house now. Everything was good when 2017 started, but missed communications on their offices and with their colleagues lead to problems that may conclude on penalty fees on my part. I do not wish to pay for these penalties, if there is any, because the errors were made by their office. I am now trying to communicate with them thru email, I could not be present by this time, but I am not receiving any replies from them. It is considered unethical and unprofessional by employees to keep their valued clients waiting for a response. Before all these happened, they were very swift in answering all my queries, but after this incident, our communication just ceased. I hope that this incident could be reviewed by higher officers in the customer relations department. Valued clients are supposed to be valued, not ignored.

atm should be release first before you can get the money when you withdraw funds right?
why are you saying now that you will run investigation first and may take 2weeks, the fact that the atm will first release atm first before you can get your money, how can i get the money if the card is captured
