Hello, I am currently on loan payment repricing for our house now. Everything was good when 2017 started, but missed communications on their offices and with their colleagues lead to problems that may conclude on penalty fees on my part. I do not wish to pay for these penalties, if there is any, because the errors were made by their office. I am now trying to communicate with them thru email, I could not be present by this time, but I am not receiving any replies from them. It is considered unethical and unprofessional by employees to keep their valued clients waiting for a response. Before all these happened, they were very swift in answering all my queries, but after this incident, our communication just ceased. I hope that this incident could be reviewed by higher officers in the customer relations department. Valued clients are supposed to be valued, not ignored. Thank you very much.

my card was captured Saturday morning around 4-420am, branch sm bicutan atm should be release first before you can get the money when you withdraw funds right? why are you saying now that you will run investigation first and may take 2weeks, the fact that the atm will first release atm first before you can get your money, how can i get the money if the card is captured
