Greetings. I am Alfredo T. Delinoa metrobank client with account no. 390-3-390-07342-0. I made a request
for the replacement of my half-thorned ATM card at metrobank magallanes last april 10, 2014 and they told me that they haved forwarded it to your office. I am old and sickly and i cannot afford to travel back to
Eastern samar. I am seeking all the help from your good office for an immediet replacement of my ATM card
for it is my means of income used to purchase my prescribe maintaining medecine.
Again i am appealling in your good office of any help you can extend for me.
