I'm from Bacolod City and this is to update the status of my MPL loan that was applied last January 12,2017 until now i have not received any update(march 31,2017.I filled here in Bacolod since my company base is in Makati 3 branch so they forwarded my application in your branch.I need to hear any update from your branch since Bacolod branch could not give any reasons the cause of delayed since all the document was not return here if there was a problems with my papers.I hope you give me feedback the soonest.SALAMAT

I have filed loan from your branch on 04/19/2016, you told me that you are unable to process it as my previous branch has not forwarded my contribution to you yet,, I went to Pag ibig Cubao and I was told that you had mine consolidated already as of 05/05/2016, but I have not received the money yet.. I have exerted lots of efforts calling you but none is answering the phone, if there is, it is being dropped off deliberately- even you contact center is unrealiable.
