Bakit po bigla nlng di kami makaconnect lahat sa homebro ultera dito sa school. We never changed the password. It shows on our laptops screens taht it has a good connevtion but if we try to connect,it does not do anything. It does not say wrong password either. We've been having same problem for almost a week now. Can u please check if we weren't able to pay rhe monthly bill.

Pwede po bang malaman ang contact number ng mga installers ng HomeBro Ultera Plans? Para po macontact namin sila agad kapag po pupunta na sila sa house namin. Nagkataon po kasi na wala kami sa bahay noong tumawag mga installer. Na-posponed po installation kasi po walang tao sa house. Tinatanong po namin sa mga agents ninyo pero wala naman po silang alam kahit isa. Kawawa naman po kaming mga mag-aapply. And ang mali pa dito, pinapafollow-up namin tapos ang mga agents niyo hindi na kami pinapansin. Sinasabi na ifollow-up kahit hindi naman.
