It was supposed to be received by us on August 27, 2019 however it always state in that "Your shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area. Hi I just want to ask if it is possible to know the item sa pavkage na na deliver?
We are not aware kasi na nagpa deliver kami and it is COD. We cant remember any transactions with you guys neither lazada and we are just shocked kasi may nag deliver kanina sa bahay. So what we did is di muna namin sya binayaran.
Tapos we had the tracking number kanina lang din sa binigay na receipt nung nag deliver. So is it possible for us to know the item? Thanks
