DepEd, HNC and Colgate Palmolive Philippines, Inc. (CCPI) announce Bright Smiles, Bright Futures' Global Art Poster Making Contest
The Department of Education (DepEd), through the Health and Nutrition Center (HNC) joins the Colgate Palmolive Philippines, Inc. (CPPI) in its bid to promote self-esteem and oral health awareness among school children aged 6 to 9 years old through the Bright Smiles, Bright Futures' Poster Making Contest.

This contest will be held from April 4 to July 11, 2011 in all public elementary schools nationwide. The participants/contestants will be pupils from Grades I to III.

Three winners for each grade level will be selected at the division, regional and national levels. All school and pupils winners will be awarded prizes and certificates. Prizes in the form of checks will be named after the school principal.

The National Winners' artworks only will be included in the global art contest in New York, USA.

  1. Enclosure No. 1 - Entry Form
  2. Enclosure No. 2 - Parent Consent Form
  3. Enclosure No. 3 - Biography Questionnaire
  4. Enclosure No. 4 - Table of Prizes; and
  5. Enclosure No. 5 - Contest Rules and Regulations.
