Can i open a new account here in Singapore? If so, how much is the maintaining balance and what are the requirements needed to open one.

Since you have mentioned that you are currently based abroad particularly in Singapore, unfortunately Metrobank doesn’t have branches in Singapore. It is recommended that you
open an account on your next visit in the Philippines.
To open an account, Metrobank urged their customers to personally visit any of Metrobank branches in the Philippines and present two (2) government- issued or acceptable photo- bearing IDs (photocopy and original) and one (1) 2x2 picture. For non-residents please present your Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR). Our branch personnel will be providing you the assistance that you need for account opening.
