Change the default behaviour of drive icons in windows explorer?

Change the default behaviour of drive icons in windows explorer?

In Microsoft Windows XP, is there a way to change default behavior of drive icons in explorer? I know that autorun can be turned off for the removable drives, but can we also do the same for the fixed drives?
