dell ptilux gx280 hdd detection problem dell optilux gx280 not able to detect hard disk. bios settings are correct.what is the problem

"Go into disk manager and make sure the hard drive is active. If you don't see it in disk manager then the cables are not connected correctly or the hard drive is bad.
