Epson 9880 Stylus Pro Printer printing blurry problem?

Epson 9880 Stylus Pro Printer printing blurry problem? I took the print head to clean few days ago,and today my Epson 9880 stylus pro Printer prints blurry after that,who can tell me what's wrong with my printer,is there something wrong whit the printhead?
