Forgot password for Outlook mail

I wanted to know the password in Outlook. Also I came across transfer of accounts. Tried to transfer an account from 2010 to Outlook 2013. Did everything as it was on the Microsoft website and moved *.pst file, and transferred data and contacts, not just the account. But when I try to receive emails nothing happens. And when I go to the account it's empty. How it is possible to know another the password to Outlook mail? Heard that has program to view the password is, if who used at least one of them write a review.

"Not so easy to find out the password in this program.

If you have mail on any public server Gmail or Hotmail then use service on recovery of the password. But if a corporate email address on the exchange server, respectively, refer to your administrator.
