Help! External HDD partiton recovery

Well, a few months back I had to sell my 2008 iMac (C2D w/ Snow Leopard) because I was moving to somewhere 3.000 miles away. No biggie, I had everything on my 3tb external HDD and I can always buy another Mac.

Hi, as u know the file structure is written on the partition table. So for u to successfully get all ur files back u need a hard disk which is equal to what u have now. Unfortunately there is no other way to do this. Delete the 2tb of raw data, which cant be decoded because of fragmentation. Good luck.

"The function of an external hard drive is the same as internal hard drive, so its construction is also similar to normal hard drive. That means it can be separated into many disk partitions by writing partition information into partition table.

The partition table could be damaged by corruption, virus, false-operation, incorrect manipulation, hardware problems, etc. Then you may lose the external hard drive partition and also the valuable data stored on them. Besides, delete partitions unintentionally is also a reason of partition loss. Is it possible to recover external hard drive partition and retrieve the data stored on them? Of course yes, the only thing you need is partition recovery software."

Your data is safe. For retrieving it back you just need to use a partition recovery software. This software will recover your data successfully.
