My home and recent buttons don't work! Help!

My home and recent buttons don't work! Help! I am happy with my device, but I have a consern. On my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0, my home and menu buttons recently stopped working. I would like to know if its easy to fix, and if so how, or if its a problem with my device. Thanks!

"i have the same prob in my samsung tab s the recent botton as stopped workin after i did an update version and i find out that when i on a save power mode it start working

Why is just a few letter not working after hard rest I can't log into wifi to continue like a new tablet far as made it was hello to samsung galaxy elite an then wifi far as I got I can't type in my password to connect to wifi I wonder why this
