My Instax Mini 9 film keeps coming out black.

My Instax Mini 9 film keeps coming out black. I just got the camera and the first set of film came out black so I thought the film was ruined. I bought a new pack and put that in and it still comes out black. The flash goes off and I had it on the right settings.

I had this problem!! And I couldn’t find the solution online. It wasn’t the shutter in my case. There is a piece of black tape inside the camera, above the lens, blocking the exposure. Peel it off- problem solved for me. Hope it works for you too!
