paper and ink lights both flash together

paper and ink lights both flash together My EPSON 1430 ‘s paper and ink lights flash on and off in sync with each other and I can’t do any printing. I am not getting any on-screen error messages so not sure how to fix this error condition

"Blow out the paper feed area with a can of compressed air. This fixed mine after I was in panic mode.

There must have been dust or some small, unseen debris setting the sensor off. Hope this works for you."
