Problem between my monitor connection with the pc.

Problem between my monitor connection with the pc. my pc component running well... the cpu cooler working, fan working also the psu working fine.. when i connect hdmi cable to my monitor, it doesnt responding… i already set the monitor source to hdmi… my monitor working fine when i test with my ps4 .

Have you still got the old monitor?

If so does it still work with the PC?

Try starting the PC in safe mode and check if it now works OK with the new monitor.

If it does there may be a problem with the video settings. Maybe the old settings aren’t compatible with the new monitor e.g. resolution etc.

It is also advisable to turn off both devices when removing/inserting the HDMI cable to avoid causing problems to the HDMI controllers. HDMI is not really hot swappable"
