Rear buttons, selector wheel and video recording button not working,

Rear buttons, selector wheel and video recording button not working,

Most of back buttons not working, I do can take picture with or without lens. menu access sometimes is impossible and selecting functions from menu with the rear selector wheel not working either. Please help.
