Start about half way down the page, (at the DC IN LED heading). It shows how to interpret the LED error codes. The blinking may be a code in a hexadecimal format.

It is different to yours as it doesn't mention amber/white lights but perhaps the principle is the same. Amber = 1 white = 0 maybe."
