What can I use to keep a screw from falling out?

What can I use to keep a screw from falling out? Is there anything I can use (besides glue) to keep a screw from falling out of my laptop? I suppose it's stripped. Maybe I just need a new screw? Thanks for any help.

"Lock tight is a semi glue that will hold but not make it impossible to remove screws.
