Why does it say contact system administrator or computer manufacture

"I faced the same issue with my Lenovo G50. It all started asking me to update where I accepted and left it. It took a day still not updated so I removed my battery and started then it showed me that message in blue screen

Then I did this and it worked..!!!

make sure your laptop is connected to WiFi if it is previously connected it will auto connect.then it started autoupdating using my WiFi and finally got updated.

I have window 10 in my desktop and I have window installation disc(window 8 single language).When insert it in optical drive it not give me option to restart or fix option and error code:0xc0000221
