almost died does not want to cut My molar tooth it is a 15 and a half horsepower Briggs and Stratton and it seems to have plenty of power but when I engage the PTO dogs day out and almost died does not want to cut

I had a similar problem but my fix was cleaning the carburetor and fuel system now it runs like a new mower
