Brother MFC copies faint, but prints fine

Brother MFC copies faint, but prints fine We have had 2 separate Brother MFC-L6700DW machines that both print nicely, but the copies are light, and when copying blue ink it's often unreadable.

Scanning/copying and printing being perform from different different section. Both are not linked with each other. There might be scanning glass or tray is dirty of the brother printer. Sometimes scanning section has issue cause brother printer won’t scan. You can also check software settings in your pc to avoid faint scan.
