You may be out of luck.

Looking at the user guide for a Hover-1 Liberty there is no mention of it having Bluetooth capability, whereas when you search other Hover-1 models e.g. Hover-1 Superstar, Chrome, Matrix, H1, Horizon, Eclipse etc it mentions Bluetooth in the specifications."
