USB ports not working, best way to fix/replace them?

"Hi Nut S.! The USB ports on these can usually be fixed but it's not an easy fix. Sometimes the actual ports themselves are bad (this is not likely in your case since both of them are not working), sometimes the USB IC chip is faulty and sometimes there is some other random problem that is causing them not to work.

All of these options are a difficult repair...there is just no easy way to fix them. You might try a new USB cable just to be sure it's not the cable.
