1998 Chevy S10 2.2L

1998 Chevy S10 2.2L Every time i accelerate my battery gauge goes from 14v to 9v what could it be? I’ve done changed the belt still doing it. I had the alternator checked its good had battery checked and its good. So what else do i need to look for on getting it fixed
