Chest Freezer running but not cooling

Chest Freezer running but not cooling Hi all, had power failure during holiday. Came home to find a rotten mess in Freezer. (KIC 0716). After cleaning it up (Yuck!) and starting again, the freezer is not cooling down. Everything sounds as though it’s running properly, compressor is gaining heat but nothing else is happeing. Inside the unit, I can’t see any air vents or drainage vents which may be blocked. Any ideas?
