Continuous beep from right ear after battery R&R on Bose QC35.

Continuous beep from right ear after battery R&R on Bose QC35.
After replacing the battery, there’s a continuous beeeeep from right ear on my Bose QC35 headphone. I turn it off and at times it continous, at times it doesn’t, but when on it beeeps all the time. I can still hear what’s playing on the left ear piece.
