driver/front passenger windows not working. and radio wont turn on

driver/front passenger windows not working. and radio wont turn on driver/ front passage windows don't work and the speed dash language is set to german. ac controls button wont wok and radio screen is blank. blows hot air and I cant control it. I took of battery and replaced, that still didn't work at all. I need help please
