Fitbit won't charge and have tried new USB charger & computer

Fitbit won't charge and have tried new USB charger & computer Fitbit Charge 2 does not charge. After the initial set up, when it needed to be charged, I connected it (properly) to the USB charger. After trying a different computer AND purchasing another USB charger (to make sure it wasn't the charger) it still won't charge. I lost the receipt and the store won't take it back, since it has been over 30 days. (I didn't get it out of the box until over 60 days after I received it.)
