Fridge and freezer not cold enough

Fridge and freezer not cold enough I have a GE PFSS9PKYASS French door fridge with the freezer on the bottom and both freezer and fridge are not maintaining a cold temperature. I took off the panel in the back and cleaned the coil with a brush and vacuum. I'm currently at 39 degrees on the freezer and 68 on the fridge. Any idea what the prob could be?
