Fridge is cooling but Freezer is not

Fridge is cooling but Freezer is not I have a GE cafe model, top fridge and bottom freezer. Recently, it stopped working and I asked a pro to come out to look at it. I have all the fan replaced and everything started working again. I happily pay up. After the pro left and several hours later, I noticed the freezer temperature is not going down.
