Gray picture quality on Element TV with Fire Stick

Gray picture quality on Element TV with Fire Stick

When I have it on my regular TV screen the picture has good quality when I switch to the Fire Stick I can see all the apps but it is very dark. I have played with the display setting for the stick and TV and it has not fixed it. It’s the same if I login in to Netflix through the TV verse the fire stick. When I put it in a different TV the picture is just fine. Please Help!!!
