green light flashes about 10 or 11

I have a LG 45 inch flat screen when I turn it on the green light flashes about 10 or 11 times then sometimes it picks up pictures and sometimes it just there does anybody know what's wrong with it I do not have any factory remote if I did I will try to reset it to factory settings for make sure it's not on Hotel mode but if anybody have a LG remote that may work on mine call me back and let me know it is a small TV
