How long should a compressor last

CLEAN out all the coiles under it and behind it with a vac of all the lint ,dog ,cat hair,dust just make it clean

Use a coil brush to sweep underneath and behind the fridge of all dust,lint and debris. Unplug fridge before unscrewing back panel to clean coils.
