Ice maker not making ice

Ice maker not making ice I have a Kenmore side-by-side fridge and freezer (model number 970-550134). Water dispenser works. The water line to the ice maker is not frozen, I have removed the tube to ensure this. The line is outside and runs up the back of the fridge.
