My spark plugs are wet with gas

My spark plugs are wet with gas My truck would not start this morning. It will turn over and act like its gonna crank but it doesn't. This has happened before and I took out the spark plugs and cleaned and dried them out. The truck ran for another week or so then the same problem again.

I have a 97 5.7 vortec Chevy silverado I have 2 fouled spark plugs with gas my fuel pressure is 45 or a little higher hooked it to a obd2 code said random multiply misfire and running rich on one side HELP?!

I have a 2006 Ford Explorer and my issue that I am having is that I had to change my throttle body but my throttle body position sensor broke completely so I don't know which way my wires go I saw a video that match the same color wires as mine but I don't know if it matches the same. Oh position sensor of the new one
