Power surge effected the performance of my side x side refrigerator

Power surge effected the performance of my side x side refrigerator My side x side fridge and freezer is not working due to a power surge from the power line. There is no fan blowing on either side. The fridge is completely warm and the freezer has 4 shelves, the bottom shelve is the only one that is cool and it is now forming ice on the back wall of the last shelve. Is there any hope of it being repaired?
