Refrigerator Dispenser only works after unplugging and plugging filter The water dispenser in my refrigerator only works after unplugging and replugging the water filter. When I do so, it’ll work for a while. After an hour or so, the dispenser stops working, then I’ll have to unplug and plug the filter to get it working again.
