smart 70" vizio the status bar stays on, cant access menu

No mater how many “fix it” videos I watch, No matter how many hours I’ve spent to fix the status/guide bar in top right corner stays on and flashes! Because it’s always on, I can NOT get into my menu settings! I hit menu and it pops up and goes away in a half second. I took batteries out of remote, Tried unplugging it and holding the power button for 30 seconds…… Please Help! Thanks!
